At Millionwarehouse.com, we understand how important it is to get an accurate lead time on a part.
We will ship all items within 1-3 working days upon receipt of payment
Standard Free Shipping: To USA,UK and Australia by ordinary express delivery ,need 9-12 business days.
Expedited/Standard Int'l Shipping by DHL courier: To USA, need 3-5 business days, To other countries, need 4-8 working days normally. But sometimes int'l delivery is highly depended on the courier company and local customs/duties.
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges.These charges are the buyer responsibility.

Our pricing is current on our site, but upon making offer with quantity, we will review a specific part and determine if we can offer your offered price.
Simply access the product page you wish to make an offer and select the "Make An Offer" button. Complete the form and one of our account managers will review your request and will reply within 48 business hours with a quote.
You can request to open an invoice via writing to us by service@millionwarehouse.com, please add the order number in the mail, once we receive you request ,we can issue you the PDF or hard copy of the invoice accordingly.
Millionwarehouse will review requests for cancellation. Cancellation is not a guarantee; there are multiple factors that determine if canceling an order is possible. (See Terms and Agreements.)
Please reach out to customer service as soon as know you need to cancel.
Any order that has progressed to our warehouse for fulfillment cannot be canceled. In the event the parts are no longer wanted/needed, an RMA or Return will be an available option.
Things move quickly at Millionwarehouse and we place back orders with our manufacturers on a daily basis. In the case of a cancel request, we will have to coordinate with the manufacturer to request cancelling the order.
If your order is Non-Cancellable/Non-Returnable (NCNR), a cancellation will not be processed. Parts specified as Non-Cancellable/Non-Returnable (NCNR) at the time of quote or sale are not returnable, as those parts are purchased from a manufacturer specifically on your behalf and may not be returnable by us to the manufacturer.
During the process of placing an order, you will be required to acknowledge the NCNR status of a part/order with an agreement that may appear like this:
"I understand that Part [your part number] is not in stock and will be ordered on my behalf. I agree not to cancel or replace the products except where there is a manufacturing defect."
NCNR must be agreed/acknowledged before Millionwarehouse will put in the order with a manufacturer for applicable parts. Occasionally, a signed form will be required to be provided.

Images used for a product picture are intended to be representational only; We will notify you of the relevant variances or changes by email in case the current stock is not an identical match to the photo , and wait for your confirmation for buying or cancellation.
Parts that have been previously discontinued are sometimes given a replacement part by the manufacturer.

Millionwarehouse has flat EUB shipping rates for orders under 25 pounds to numerous countries.
Don’t see your country listed, don’t worry! We are still able to ship to you. The cost of shipping will vary depending on the weight and location of your shipping address. We will provide you with an estimated shipping cost upon order placement.
Millionwarehouse offers free shipping options with EUB, meanwhile we offer free DHL shipping service for oder over USD 500, or , we will quote the DHL price in case you are in need of expedited shipping service。
Millionwarehouse.com normally ship the items within 3 business days , depending on the stock availability and the warehouse location.
In case the order is out of stock , we will notify you of the new lead time for your confirmation.
Millionwarehouse.com offers the following payment methods:
Credit Card: We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, & Diners Club.
PayPal: We accept PayPal for orders in which items are in stock. You can choose to checkout with PayPal in the shopping cart. Follow the instructions to log into your PayPal account and then through the rest of the checkout process on our website.
Millionwarehouse.com accepts all major credit cards for orders.

You credit card information will only be asked for when on the payment section of the checkout process.
Millionwarehouse.com accepts PayPal for orders.
To use PayPal select the pay by PayPal option on the checkout screen, or on the payment screen during checkout.
Selecting PayPal will briefly take you to the PayPal website and prompt you to log into your PayPal account before returning you to Millionwarehouse.com to finish the checkout process.
Please know that we cannot accept PayPal for Back-Orders.
At this time Millionwarehouse.com does business in US Dollar.
All prices on our website and on invoices are listed in USD.

It’s important to us the parts you receive are exactly what you’re looking for! If parts are missing, damaged, or the wrong part was ordered we do have an RMA process available for you.
Please note we do not offer exchanges. Credit or replacements will be issued In this case.
Once you have completed the form our RMA department will reach out to you within 24-48 hours.
Please note photos will be required if you need to return parts for the following reasons:
- Damaged goods
- Missing components
- Wrong parts

Be sure to reference RMA photos in the subject line.
RETURN POLICY
Buyers must notify Millionwarehouse.com in writing of any shortages, damage, or defects within 10 days of the date delivered. Returns due solely to customer preference or error will normally be accepted only if received within 30 days of the date delivered, and will be subject to a restocking fee ranging from 15%-30% at the discretion of Millionwarehouse.com
Parts specified as Non-Cancellable/Non-Returnable (NCNR) at the time of quote or sale are not returnable, as those parts are purchased from a manufacturer specifically on your behalf and may not be returnable by us to the manufacturer.
No return will be accepted without a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number, which can be obtained by contacting Customer Service.
Return freight/shipping charges must be pre-paid by the Buyer; we will not accept COD shipments. If any products are returned without pre-authorization from Millionwarehouse.com or if delivery of any product is refused, Millionwarehouse.com will immediately apply an appropriate restocking fee at our discretion, plus shipping costs. Products that were shipped as Non-Cancellable or Non-Returnable will be held awaiting your instructions for 10 days after which Millionwarehouse.com may deem the products abandoned and dispose of them, without crediting your account.
Credit for returned items will be issued at the discretion of Millionwarehouse.com after inspection by our Receiving Department. Only products originally shipped from Millionwarehouse.com will be accepted as returns. All returned products should be in the original packaging and in unused condition (except defective). ESD or moisture sensitive products should not be opened except under controlled conditions (except defective). To facilitate inspection of shortages, damages, or defects, we may require additional information from the customer, such as descriptions, photos, or other cooperation. Factory defects may require additional time for inspection by the manufacturers, and some parts may need to be shipped directly to the manufacturer.
Millionwarehouse.com does not accept direct exchanges.
A new order will need to placed and an RMA submitted for the incorrect part number.

RMA policy
